Stow Bros — PROMOTE THIS WOMAN. I can't begin to explain what an incredible asset Amy is to your business. Selling a Shared Ownership Leasehold Flat is not for the faint of heart. It is an incredibly frustrating series of loopholes that make you really regret your life's choices from 7+ years ago. Third party on top of third party, landlord packs, etc... Worst of all a buyer pulled out at the last minute; I thought all hope was lost. Meanwhile, Amy was my rock — I could always rely on her to explain everything clearly, reassure me that the process was moving and she worked with everyone across our chain to ensure we made it to our dream home — which we now have. I honestly don't know how I would have coped during an exceptionally stressful 18 months. Finally, what's evident is that Amy really cares. Of course I imagine it's part of the job to keep buyers/sellers happy however she really does go the extra mile and genuinely considers how she could best lend her efforts — how else would she have put up with hearing from me at least once a day?
