Lucy was instrumental in the proceedings for the house we wanted to purchase. As an agent, Lucy really helped from the word go for the sale to progress. She answered any questions we had throughout the sale straight away in detail and always happy to go the extra mile. Lucy is also an excellent mediator. It wasn’t the most straight forward sale but thanks to her support and encouragement we got through it.
