From first contact with Stow Brothers, I was allocated case worker Andrew to support me through the stages of the sale of my property. Andrew arranged a date and time to meet me in the comfort of my own home. Andrew demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the property market the stages of the sale from preparation for the advert to the completion of the sale and what I could expect from the sale of my property. In the days up to the view Andrew arranged for the surveyor to measure the flat and the photographer to take the pictures and along with his team generated a well detailed set of particulars for potential viewings of potential buyers. I was well impressed. Andrew arranged an open day to take place which overflowed to a second date for viewings and with in 48hrs was informed by email which was followed up by a telephone call to discuss the credible offers that were made. Throughout the sale process Andrew diligently kept me abreast of the stage of the sale, contacting me when necessary to arrange access to the property for surveyors and other contractors as requested by the Buyer; Gas safety check, Electrical safety checks. During the process sadly my mother passed away I felt I could trust Andrew to continue the works in my absence, contacting me minimally when required. Overall I was very impressed by the service and I would recommend Andrew and Stow Brothers estate agent to anyone selling their property.

We had such a positive experience of Stow Brothers Walthamstow, particularly with our lettings sales agent Hardev. His professionalism was faultless. When renting, it rarely feels like the experience is very tenant-centric but Hardev was thoroughly personable, diligent and supportive despite some delays with our reference checks. Couldn't recommend Stow Brothers enough and am now very happy with our new home!

My property manager Hanna is easy to talk to, and replies to queries and concerns in a timely manner. She is patient and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Stow Brothers were absolutely brilliant, we sold our flat and bought our house through them. Excellent marketing materials, great buying experience, everyone who works there just seems like a pro. The process took ages (not their fault) but Josh Bayton was absolutely fantastic as our sales progression agent. He was super communicative and responsive, not afraid to deliver tricky messages, and totally trustworthy. I've had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, but would recommend Stow Bros to anyone!

We recently bought our house near Walthamstow. The whole process was a bit stressful, but Andrew from the Stow Brothers team was really nice and helpful. Especially towards the end, where things were going to the wire (we manage to exchange two days before completion!), where his direct contacts with the sellers and solicitors definitely helped to push this over the line.
