We've just moved in to a rental flat with Stow Brothers, the experience from the get go has been really friendly and supportive! Gok and Silvio have been amazing and patient across multiple viewings and once our offer got accepted for the flat we loved, they made the process super easy! Sotiria has been wonderful to deal with getting the paperwork done and getting us into our lovely new flat. Unlike with other agencies, we've not felt rushed, pressured or dismissed throughout the process. Best experience we've had so far in our 13 years of renting in London. Really recommend!! -- UPDATE -- We've been in the property for 6 months. This has been a difficult review to give, and we’ve held off from updating in hopes it would change positively with time, but we felt we had to be honest and provide our true experience. Unfortunately, our experience since moving into the property has been very different to our on boarding process with the lettings team. The reality of our experience with the property management side has been disappointing since the Move-in date and the issues raised in the inventory. Many of these issues are still outstanding and unresolved 6 months into the tenancy. The quality of the repairs carried out by multiple contractors has been poor, and in multiple cases, needed to be re-repaired almost immediately due to the low-quality of the work. The communication has been defined by lack of updates, missed promised deadlines, and a general lack of understanding of the property and general property issues. Our concerns about the quality of management have been raised with the team multiple times, where we were assured that this would not be the case moving forward and not how they usually operate. However, we've seen no changes. Our concerns have not been addressed and there’s a list of ongoing issues/appointments pending in the property that remain unresolved, without a clear timeline of resolution and lack of communication and updates across the board.
