Hanna Dewsnap, Senior Property Manager Coordinator, has been outstanding throughout the time she managed our account during our tenancy. As we’ve recently moved out of the property we were renting, we wanted to acknowledge how proactive and supportive she has been. Hanna consistently ensured that we were happy, often going beyond scheduled visits to check in on how we were doing or if we needed anything. Her communication was always clear, timely, and thoughtful. Whenever we raised any issues, she made sure they were addressed properly and kept us well-informed throughout the process.
