I would just like to put down my experience first time using this business I wouldn’t say it’s a worse experience I just felt it should have been like the other agency’s do when buying a property or putting in a offer . So I liked a property with Stow bothers and I was advised to put in my maximum offer in via email because they have so many buyers so they can’t decide they will need to get everyone to bid there Max price and after the closing date no more offers could be put in . Ok so I was fully aware of this but I found it to be unfair reason being why it’s like a bidding war they created I maybe could have gone more over the offer I put down but that way how do we be sure to put in a highest possible offer when in mind it could be that the others buyers have not even put offer near to mine and I’m left with paying all the extra . So to explain my point correctly the property was marked at 475 and the vendor is looking for offers over .and then we have to all give in offers the maximum we can pay for it but your stuck cause your not sure if anyone else will be going over 480 or lower and you can’t decide if you should go higher or lower . So what I’m trying to say is that they needed to get everyone’s offers in then after that Contact the other buyers if they want to increase there offer or not because that way they are secure that someone else has put more than them rather making it confusing as asking to put in a Max price you can afford .I have spoken to so many agency’s and it works so much better that they come back to ask if you would like to increase your offer because the other buyers are offering over yours . I really liked the property it suited my family needs I felt turned down as I could have asked family to help me increase my budget if they had given me a chance to inform me that your offer is lower than the other partys rather asking everyone to put in a maximum offer by a deadline and your stuck thinking what if I am paying more eg if it’s 475 I would maybe go to 500k but your left thinking has anyone else even quoted to that amount if not I’ll be paying all that not knowingly if my offer was getting rejected or not Anyways I felt very upset thought to Share my experience ☹️
