I'm currently (Jan 2020) a tenant of Stow Bros, renting a house. They are extremely slow in responding to issues and getting anything fixed. for example... we're currently into our second week without a working kitchen, and keep being told it's "not an emergency" and "these things take time". This could have easily been fixed within 24hrs. I have to chase them with several phonecalls and emails to get any response, and it's usually "nothing has been done". Really poor service, especially for a company that sells itself on providing excellent customer support.
