THIS AGENCY IS RACIST! I have been discriminated against by this agency because of my name and the colour of my skin. At offer stage they asked for my passport and proof of address. This is not common practise at offer stage. I got a second viewing and they sent an offer email to all the people who are viewing the property and did not ask for their passports and proof of address. I was born and raised in London yet this agency treated me like I am a second class citizen. Shame on you. I will be taking this higher up. If you are black and looking for a property in the Walthamstow and/or Leyton area STAY AWAY.
