I was with the agency since 2017 as a tenant and had to move house recently. There were several property managers during my tenancy, but Suela really was a star to say the least. Communication, professionalism, personality, the whole experience since she joined was just an absolute joy. Especially a big thank you to her during the stage of moving out of the property (which is stressful enough) she was always there to support, never broke a sweat, calm, composed and nothing was too difficult or non-negotiable.
