My recent dealings with becoming a guarantor for a lessee were complicated and daunting; I am not very tech-savvy. He soon realised I was more comfortable on the phone than with email and talked me through the various processes until I was confident about proceeding. He chased up problems very quickly for me and the lessees. He reassured me that my data was safe.
