During our 3 years tenancy we never felt neglected for once. Every single concern was dealt with immediately and with care. I can guarantee many other high st agencies they lack to provide the amount of assurance to the tenants. We will never forget when COVID happened Suela willingly reached if we was doing ok financially if we had enough to provide for food and essentials. That is how they connect with their tenants.
