After 3 months with another agent who were old fashioned and boring, Stow Bros at South Woodford were like a breath of fresh air. We met with Ben Charlton who certainly knew the market and explained to us what they did differently. Their marketing material is fresh and exciting as is their social media campaign. We had more people through the door on our open day than we’d had the whole 3 months with the previous agent however they were also the ‘right’ potential buyers for our home. Within 4 days of open day our house was SSTC and within 4 months we were completed on the sale. What we loved was the whole team were involved from the offset; Josh, Amy and Tony. They all visited our home and met with us so any enquiries or viewings they could speak with knowledge. Even the photographer was artistic and had a specific list from Ben as to what he wanted to see particularly emphasising the art deco features. Ben also kept us up to date with our buyers sale which was with Wanstead branch and overall made what could have been a stressful situation quite calm and smooth. Just purchased a property through the Stow Brothers and can't fault the service provided by Amy, made the process very smooth. The Stow Brother's even gave me a welcome house plant when I picked up my keys which was a lovely gesture!

I honestly can’t find enough words to describe how grateful myself and my family are to Josh. We had so many setbacks with our sale and with our chain, and Josh was just absolutely pivotal in making it all happen for us. He worked tirelessly in order to help us achieve our sale and went above and beyond chasing everyone and basically making sure that everyone in the chain was on the same page daily. I never had to chase Josh for information, he would update me as soon as anything changed, and he is just one of the loveliest estate agents I have ever dealt with.
