I worked with Stow Brothers for the sale of my one bedroom flat in South Woodford. From the first meeting with the Sales Manager Tony, I felt confident they were the right local agent to work with, and their presentation through their marketing is a lot better than their competition. They gave me frank and honest advice of what the market evidence was showing. Whilst my flat was modern, the block has under performed compared to other blocks in achieving a certain price point - and more challenging because my flat wasn’t a 2-bed. Despite managing my expectations, after an open day of viewings, we received offers and managed to secure an offer exceeding the price point in a second round of bids. Everyone I dealt with at Stow have been friendly and helpful, from Tony, to the negotiators through to Josh, in the sales progression team, who were often more informed of what’s happening with the whole chain than other people involved. They also provided support and advice for my onward purchase where the sellers were dealing with challenging separation situation, which got in the way of a smooth transaction. To put it simply, they excelled and exceeded my expectations and it’s clear why they are the local market leaders.
