We recently sold our house through Stow Brothers and found their service excellent. We tried to sell a few years ago via various agents but were unsuccessful. We used Stow then so when we came to relist we were already familiar with the agent. They were by far the best agent we used. They were always in contact and updating straight after a viewing - I hated when you didn’t hear from other agents for days.. even if it’s just a courtesy call it’s so important! Tony the manager was really helpful at the initial stages pre marketing, taking time to discuss with my partner and I, go through the marketing etc. Their photographer is great and all the team helpful. Amy was great with the viewings, taking time to discuss with me in advance anything about the house, neighbors etc. Once at offer stage Josh was great at keeping things moving along, chasing the chain etc. There were a number of stressful points pre exchange and Josh was patient with our anxiety/ frustrations. The team are great and it really feels like as a customer you matter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stow Brothers.
