Tony Wood is in one word Brilliant as an estate agent. We needed to sell my Dad’s house which had not been lived in for 18 months. Tony had proactively posted a letter through the door describing his estate agent credentials. Having not bought or sold a house in over 20 years we had the old image of an estate agent. Tony dispelled all the cliches, he is a fantastic professional with a real understanding of buyers and sellers needs, he did social media postings, drone videos etc etc. I could ramble on but all I will say is Tony should be your first choice as an estate agent as nothing is too much bother.

Roberto is a fantastic agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property itself as well the neighbourhood. Once we put an offer in he was proactive in getting this over the line. Always available when any parties needed to contact him and was diligent in all his work. Roberto is clearly someone who takes him time to understand the vendor, the property and the buyer. He isn’t there to simply open a door, but talks through the property in its current state and the renovation potential too. Lastly, he is a very decent person and a pleasure to deal with.
