Ross has been a wonderful estate agent. I struggled to find nice property around Romford area but it was great relief to find a nice property shown by Ross, the property has 5 other offers on the table but Ross negotiated with the owner and helped me and my family secure the property! He is very quick and gives regular updates. I found him very approachable and giving honest opinions. He even referred me to a mortgage broker, solicitor and even a surveyor for the home so he arranged everything we needed to get our self in order to buy our dream home!
