We recently sold our investment property with James at The Agency UK and I have to say, what a breath of fresh air!We had 2 estate agents value the property before James and it was the usual pushy sales pitch from them both. Not a tactic that I personally like. They were both keen to pitch the property at a much lower value and hopefully start a bidding war between prospective buyers, leaving someone disappointed. Then along came James!. His thoughts for selling the property were from a totally different angle. He turned up on time and gave us a small, friendly, non-pushy sales pitch. He presented how he works, how he planned to market the property and what he could do for us to make the whole process easy, hassle free and in the quickest time possible. After meeting with 3 agents, we decided to go with James, and it was a great decision. He took care of the marketing, viewings, and everything else involved with selling a property. He did all the usual chasing of solicitors on both sides and updated us weekly on the progress. The whole process was smooth and totally hassle free, we got a good price for the property that all parties were happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend James and The Agency UK if you are thinking of selling your house. We are certainly looking forward to working with him again in the near future. 5 stars from us!
