Tom has been the agent handling my house purchase. He has been proactive, approachable and nothing was too much trouble throughout what has been a ridiculously long process with plenty of bumps along the way. He works for himself (as do I), and he has shown a clear incentive and accountability to get this sale / purchase completed, which is not something I have seen from any of the agents working for the bigger companies.
