Until this week I had been a private landlord, using the services of L&A Lettings for over 10 years. From identifying suitable properties to purchase, giving excellent support/advice and then to attracting and identifying suitable tenants, drawing up agreements. The process was seamless. Thereafter, the management of tenants and my properties was excellent and I had absolute confidence in leaving all matters of maintenance, safety certificates and processing of rent payments. Even during the challenges created by the Covid pandemic, the management of my properties continued without issue.
