Excellent landlords carnt do enough for u

I have been a tenant of L&A lettings for over 5 years now. From the viewing and throughout my ongoing dealings with L&A, I have a positive experience. They are responsive to emails and calls, and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

I have been Renting from L&A lettings for over 8 years, both Ann & Lyndon helped me out after loosing my husband, I needed somewhere smaller to live. I can honestly say they go above and beyond as landlords, They are lovely, helpful, caring people. They help you with application forms for housing benefits, always on end of phone if have a problem, will listen if you have any problems. If ever Iv had a leak, electrical or boiler problem it is always sorted ASAP with there team of traders they use, they are always polite, in contact regards time arriving, always do jobs been called to do. We recently bought a house in Wolverhampton and used L&A Lettings to find a tenant and to manage it. We were delighted with their tenant finding process, they worked really hard to fit the right tenant to the house and talked us through why. They have now been managing it for 3 months and we are very pleased with the service. We have been able to be completely hands off whilst trusting that the house and tenants are in good hands.

Had a leak last night the staff were very good and fixed my problem straight away

From the first call I made to L&A Lettings at the beginning of 2022 when I was looking to rent to the time I gave them my 'Notice to Quit', their service has been nothing short of outstanding. Their letting process is straightforward and their staff understandable, Paul Wilkinson in particular. They are truly a stellar Letting Agent that do not just let and forget. They rang me at spaced intervals to check all is well with me and if I was happy in the property. I have recommended L&A Lettings to friends and family and would continue to recommend them.
