Been using L & A for a couple of years now and things have worked smoothly for me and the tenants. They are up to date with advice on relevant legislation, and are able to help with landlords responsibilities. I have just experienced a change of tenants where some minor damage and other issues were left, and unfortunately denied. The documentation kept by L & A, and their firm and fair approach dealing with the issue, meant a speedy resolve was achieved. Their position offering properties is well known in the locality and prospective renters clearly frequent the web site. An excess of potential renters applied for my property and they were able to sort through and invite suitable people for an open day to view the property. This resulted in new, and vetted, tenants able to occupy within a short period……..minimising lost income. I have an arrangement with them whereby they will inform me of any works required for tenants with an option to undertake it myself or let them organise it. This is very useful and reassuring when we are away or the work is beyond my scope. On the occasions I have used them their charges were reasonable from their retained tradespeople. All staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, Darren and Richard are both professional and efficient, visiting properties as required and responding to emails quickly, which is my primary communication method with them. All in I am happy to recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

I can confidently recommend the services that are provided by L&A Lettings.
