I can confidently recommend the services that are provided by L&A Lettings. My experience with them is as a landlord, however I know that they have the best interests of tenants and landlords at heart. L&A Lettings have been fully managing my property for over 8 years. The staff members are polite, professional, and simply brilliant. They consult and advise you on managing your rental property, and always keep you well informed. L&A Lettings really have taken the stress out of being a landlord by managing my property, tenants, and planned/unplanned events. They have the knowledge, experience, and processes/systems in place to provide an excellent service for tenants and landlords. I do use other letting agencies in areas not covered by L&A Lettings and can say that L&A Lettings is by far the best letting agency that I have used.
