We’ve had such a positive experience with Paige from Streets Ahead South Norwood. From the moment we viewed the property, she’s been genuinely lovely to deal with and has made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier. What we’ve appreciated most is how communicative and helpful she’s been throughout. She’s kept us updated at every stage, answered all of our (many 😂) questions, and whenever something needed clarifying during referencing she was quick to look into it, speak to the relevant people and come back to us with an answer. We were working with quite a tight timeframe to find somewhere, so having someone who was actually responsive and proactive made a massive difference. We never felt like we were being left in the dark or having to constantly chase for an update. She’s also just been really warm and personable throughout the whole thing. It never felt overly transactional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people get things over the line.
