After investigating this further I wanted to add some missing information to your review which may help add some context. You contacted us on the 23rd January requesting a viewing and was greeted by our out of hours team who handle the over flow of calls when we are on the other line. Within 2 hours of your initial contact we emailed you asking you to contact the office as we needed to register your details and discuss the property before we could confirm a viewing. Unfortunately, you called after 5:30pm when the office had closed. On the 24th (the next day) we called you in the morning and managed to speak to you. You confirmed that you had to sell in order to buy and we explained that the property you wanted to view had an offer that was being negotiated so we would need to speak to the seller to confirm if they wanted a viewing from someone who had to sell. The seller came back to us the next day (25th January) to confirm that they were going to accept the offer they had an a viewing would not be possible as you would need to sell before you could buy so they did not want to waste yours or their time. We are sorry that we were unable to secure a viewing for you and that between waiting for responses from you and the seller it took 48 hours to come to a resolve but we have to act in the best interests of our sellers and also yourself and a viewing would not have been fair to you, the seller or the person whom was about to have an offer accepted on the property.
