We have had a terrible experience with reipit and continue to do so. The worst service from a crm provider i've seen in 30 years before crms even existed! We paid them their requested fees, to have (all) my data exported from the system, the export was incomplete and a mess on several levels, we spent months and thousands, trying to sort it out, we went back to them with a clear picture of what was missing and they promised to make it right, weeks later they don't respond to any calls any emails or any cases put in their system, we have warned and warned about legal action and are now forced to engage our lawyers, they just wont give us our intellectual property, we didn't want to completely terminate the service just scale down the service while we took advantage of elements another crm offered, now we are trapped using them or risk loosing our data. We are now faced with hefty legal cost to get our property back, let alone the lost opportunity we are facing due to this. I highly recommend any one thinking of using them to read the fine print around getting your data out of their system, and really think twice because its been hell for no reason with us and certainly something you don't expect and shouldn't have to deal with in modern business.
