Really pleased with the service provided by Winkworth! My first appointment with Greg convinced me they were the estate agent I wanted to choose to sell our house through and he was willing to negotiate the rate with me. Nicola then oversaw appointments and made sure they were timed conveniently around our schedules. Where they really excelled, however, was with their Sales Coordinator, Trudy. Our buyers weren't very organised/responsive and needed nudging at every step. Trudy worked tirelessly to keep things on track. When we requested a completion date, Trudy frequently contacted others throughout the chain to make sure they were also on track (or made me aware who I could be nudging). Although it wasn't Trudy's remit to look after our onwards purchase, she was often the one offering advice and keeping me in the loop on any updates she was hearing. During a stressful time, Trudy kept me sane and would often give me a giggle. She really made all the difference!
