Wow you have been like a friend to me honestly when nicola handed me to you i was very skeptical at first not knowing you at all but the very first phone call with you changed my mind you were so open and so so friendly that my nervousness was gone. You always answered my call no matter the time. You guided me throughout the remaining process not like a teacher but like a family. You can't imagine how lucky i was to get you. Words are not enough my dear to describe you. Lastly thank you Greg for being so welcoming when we visited the office to collect keys. It looked like you were more happier than us.
