Phil and Jay completed the sale on our property. There were a few bumps in the road as there often is when buying and selling a property (we had two houses that we were purchasing fall through due to bad surveys). However, Phil and team managed to ensure that the chain continued. We worked well together throughout and we are now happily in our new home. I would recommend.
