10 starts for Claudiu Rosu! My situation is very different from many others. I am US based but relocate to UK temporary. I needed an apartment asap because I was staying in hotel and the bills pilling up. After showing the apartment, Claudiu laid out all financial options for me and explained the pros & cons for each one.
