My property is managed by Stirling Ackroyd. Sarah Jones is my Property Manager, and the principle reason I stay with SA. She is professional, efficient and goes above and beyond to help resolve problems. We have had a couple of major issues recently and I know I can rely on her to get them fixed. SA are expensive and have additional fees that other agents don't charge, which makes me consider moving every time I do my tax return. Sarah makes me decide to stay.
