Massive 5* to Samantha Jackson. She is an absolute Credit to Stirling Ackroyd. When she received notification on a Monday morning that I had no hot water, she ensured to get the issue fixed. She notified the landlord, and checked in with me later on in the day to make sure that the Landlord had been in touch with myself to rectify the issue. After a bad experience with a different company and landlord who left me without heating for 3 weeks during winter, it’s such an amazing feeling to be taken care of by Samantha and my Landlord who fixed my hot water within 48 hours, accommodating around my working hours to communicate efficiently and complete repairs swiftly. It’s goes to show that she genuinely cares about her tenants and their needs from all angles. Thank you so much Samantha, you are an absolute blessing.
