AVOID THIS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM AGENCY!!!! Absolutely f-king horrible customer service. Always pushing back on whatever fair request we have (e.g asking if we can get a new mattress after moving in, as the previous tenant has lived there for 4 years; was told *immediately* that it's not possible before even care to check). Agent ghosted us after paying deposit, tried to follow up after 2 weeks and got cut off at any single sentence I was trying to say. Extremely rude and horrible attitude from Leila and her manager who took the phone and told me I'm incorrect on whatever I am to say. Hung up on me when I tried to ask for who will assist with my move in, said office closed and consider my questions solved. I felt completely mistreated and abused from their way of dealing with tenants. unbelievably long reference check processes with the service provider being so careless that couldn't even care to check the documents we provided. F-king ridiculous agency.
