Very nice people. Always answered quickly to all requests. When I had an issue with anything within the property, I just had to call them and they would fix it.

Always responsive, pleasure to work with

The Sharpes team were always quick and courteous when it came to communication. There were some delays in viewing and moving into the flat, and they did an excellent job of keeping me updated and voicing any concerns I had to the landlord. All in all they were a pleasure to work with, and the property is fantastic; with everything as described in their ad.

Very good service

I have let my property through Sharpes for the past 6 years and I never had any problems with them. They have very nice and helpful staff and they really helped me out about a year ago. I had to travel in an emergency and had no time to arrange for my property to be redecorated etc. before I had new tenants moving in. They took over and managed to have everything arranged in my best interest. After this I decided to give it to them for full management and I am very happy I have made this decision. I would always recommend them.

Great estate agents

I used Sharpes to let out my 5 bedroom property in Colliers Wood. They are very well priced and good at what they do.

Happy with the service but slightly misled

Overall i’d say Sharpes were a good agent and I would use them again. I was given a prompt viewing of the property after displaying interest. I had quick communication from them via email whilst I was going through the process of providing details, signing contracts and getting references and it was easy picking up my keys on move in day. One thing I would note is that the person who showed me around was a bit misleading in the information he gave. I expressed my concern about who i’d be living with as the reason I was moving house was to do with terrible housemates previously. I was told the landlord lived out of London and “very occasionally” stayed over if he needed to work in the city. This to me suggests a live-out landlord. When I moved in it became apparent that the landlord actually lives here Mon-Fri and only goes to his other home at weekends. Luckily for me I really get along with my landlord but this is a huge piece of information that was missed out and I may have acted differently had I known the landlord lived in the property still.

We live in South Africa and have rented out our London flat through Sharpes for the last 8 years. We have had some fantastic tenants through them and mostly the process is smooth and seamless, even living so far away. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to let a property.
