For anyone reading these reviews let me start by saying there is no agent, not one, who is more likely to get you a buyer than RMJ. Their web of potential buyers extends far greater than other agents. We were found a buyer the same day our house went live online. The service and professionalism is second to none. A special mention for Harrison who couldn't have been better both before and during the process, patience, politeness, no pressure, and superb knowledge of the market and reporting. As a seller you want the phone to be answered and enquiries not missed or being passed around an automated phone system - you'll be safe here. RMJ are there waiting to take the calls instantly, they stay open longer than anyone else and they have enough staff to follow up with buyers and sellers as and when required. The Robinsons Michael & Jackson was recommended by friends as a good agency. But we received more than that. Everything was organised professionally and quickly. The staff is BRILLIANT, they are always ready to help ( morning,evening or weekend),they organised pictures, viewings, solicitor,morgage and sold the house for a good price in one week. We completed a purchase through RM&J recently. The team were absolutely professional from arranging viewing for us, assisting and alerting us with new properties on the market. But they went over and above on the day we were meant to complete and pick the keys. Close to an hour and half after office hours on a Friday, Harry agreed to meet at the premises of the new purchase and hand me a welcome pack and key to the property - he refused to take my dinner offer. Harry, I will find a way to make it up to you. Will recommend the Strood Office of RM & J any day...
