She was acting on behalf of the vendor in my chain, but was easily the most well informed amongst all parties in the chain - above our own estate agents! They say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences but this just wasn't the case on this occasion. My husband and I recently decided to sell a home and a family friend suggested we use Robinson Michael & Jackson. The whole team at Strood are very friendly and professional. They helped us all the way through the buying process and as first time buyers we had lots of questions which they were always happy to answer. One of the best estate agents I've used. Offered a competitive fee and after being on the market for months with a previous estate agents, RMJ had my house sold within weeks at a good price for the market. From then on Michelle took over and gave a stellar service guiding us through the selling process and even kept up with our purchase too. We were well informed throughout and as a very anxious person, it helped knowing that at least someone was on top of everything! Can't recommend RMJ enough.
