Well, these guys are amazing, not only are they efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the letting market unlike other agents they have an ‘unique selling point’ (USP) that doesn’t focus on just ticking the boxes. As a team they work collaboratively with you and the tenant and above all complement each other which is due to Chloe, the manager, she's exceptional and will endeavour to fulfil your requirements to the latter. As consummate professionals they have far exceeded my high standards and expectations of letting a property which is what sets them worlds apart from other agents. The team were great in working with us to secure our new home! Chloe was our agent and really advocated for us as tenants with the owners and took the time to understand our personal circumstances (moving from overseas everything was a lot more complicated for us!). Fel helped get us through the referencing, lease signing, and reaching out to the owners for any of our questions through the process. Fel was calm & collected, especially dealing with me through a couple of hiccups outside of the teams control, and made sure I had all the information I needed.
