The staff at RJ were so lovely to us - kind, patient, understanding and couldn't do enough to help us. They helped us through the whole process and we found the online system for sorting documentation really easy to use which helped speed things along. Really great team. Super friendly and very efficient for going through the reference checks etc. I had signed the lease within 24 hours of submitting all the required info. Thanks to Fel, Chloe, Hollie & Xanthe :)
