The team at Robinson Jackson on Eltham Road were fantastic from start to finish. Flat hunting can be really stressful, but they made the whole process feel much easier. Everyone was friendly, supportive and genuinely helpful throughout. Milly was amazing, she was really kind and reassuring, and kept gently reminding me to complete the paperwork on time, which I really appreciated. She made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. The whole team were professional, positive and enthusiastic, and it really felt like they were just as happy as I was when everything came together and I secured my new home.
