The team were great in working with us to secure our new home! Chloe was our agent and really advocated for us as tenants with the owners and took the time to understand our personal circumstances (moving from overseas everything was a lot more complicated for us!). Fel helped get us through the referencing, lease signing, and reaching out to the owners for any of our questions through the process. Fel was calm & collected, especially dealing with me through a couple of hiccups outside of the teams control, and made sure I had all the information I needed.
