Petty really care
We sold and bought through Petty and they were amazing throughout the whole process. We met most members of the team- friendly, knowledgeable and they made the stressful process of house buying so much easier and happier. They understood our needs as a family, kept in constant contact and were brilliant to work with. Will use them again in the future when we come to sell, cannot recommend highly enough.

Extremely positive experience
I had an extremely positive experience with Petty Son. They were professional, kind and dealt with our purchase in a very competent fashion. They were always willing to go the extra mile and help me. I must emphasize how incredible Catherine is, I had a hundred questions every time we spoke and she always knew the answer to all of them. Highly recommend.

Professional, efficient and supportive!
Really wonderful experience selling my flat. In constant communication, sold within a few weeks of going on the market and very supportive throughout the process. Having had a bad experience with another estate agent in the area - would 100% recommend Petty Son and Prestwich. Thank you!

Personal service
Most agents forget to call or and don't even remember your name. With Petty Son & Prestwich, you'll get a personal service and I found the team will go out of their way to help. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service!!!
We have recently purchased our first property through Petty and we had a great experience. The process was incredibly smooth and quick. Everybody is helpful; they were available every time we needed access to the property before exchange. We were quite apprehensive in regards to buy our first property and Kinga gave us honest and precious advice. Elaine and Francesca made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough!!
