We bought our property through Petty Son and Prestwich and were really impressed by the team who were friendly, knowledgeable and kept in touch post sale. They made the buying process far easier, which was great for a pair of novices who were still getting to grips with everything. Thank you!

Excellent service from initial call, through viewings, to letting
We had excellent service from Stella, Emma and Jennie in the lettings team, from accompanying our initial viewings (thank you Stella!) to agreement of letting and all associated paperwork and moving in etc. Very good ongoing communications and online rent receipts systems too, plus staff members who were always available on the phone or email and they were super fast at returning our deposit too. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Professional, Efficient, Approachable
We rented a property short term via Petty Son. They have a good, online system which makes setting everything up and paying rent quick and easy, but staff members were also always available on the phone or on email if needed. They responded well to maintenance issues and were super fast returning our deposit. Overall we were very pleased with the service.
