I absolutely cannot recommend Chris at Battersea Reach Martin and Co. enough! We recently moved out of Battersea Reach and had been greatly frustrated dealing with property management who after almost a month of moving out and receiving the checkout report, were unable to get a response from the landlord on charges for dilapidation. So frustrating it was that I enlisted Chris's help. He managed to get through to the landlord and got the issue resolved for us within 48hours!! The landlord did charge a single penny either! Wow! Nice to see an agent who cares about exiting clients. Thanks for all your help Chris and please continue to do a fantastic job!
