I have been using Martin and Co for the past two years to oversee the rental for a flat I own in London.  They have been​ very ​responsive to any issues my tenant has which has kept her happy and hence me happy. I would say their best asset in the office is a guy named Matthew Cooke. ​He is in the accounting department (Head of Accounts in Battersea/Chelsea) and every single time I have every contacted him requesting statements for tax purposes or any other miscellaneous item he responds within literal minutes! He is definitely the rock star there as far as I am concerned.

We have recently bought a property in Battersea Reach through Kit Myrie at Martin and Co. I can honestly say he is the best estate agent that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very quick to answer queries, returning emails and calls very swiftly. It seemed that nothing we asked for was too much trouble for him. I would like to express my sincere thanks for a first class service from Stuart and Chris. I found an apartment that came on the market on a Thursday morning which i viewed straight away, the existing tenant moved out on Friday morning, the professional cleaners arrived at lunch time and i moved in on the Saturday.
