I have used Martin & Co Chelsea for roof works leakage and they were quick to finish the job in a very professional manner. Emine Dzhihan property manager has always updated me throughout the process. Kitchen work top and sink fitted quick and clean also toilet and tiling.

I have been renting out my London flat through Martin & Co for many years now. There are an extremely professional and competent company. They mediate very well between the tenants and myself, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and fairly. They are swift to employ handymen to repair minor faults and can contract specialists for larger jobs. Overall I feel that my flat is in good hands. Tania is always very responsive and ensures that her team of junior property managers operate at the same high standard. Emine for example has shown to be a real asset. Victoria has gone so far as waiting on a Saturday to help install a new washing machine (and coping with a small flood when things didn't go quite to plan).

December2021 Still with Martin and Co as our property managers. After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable. April 2020 Delphine was great to work with and was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Martin & Co. to anyone looking to rent in Chelsea!

Emine Dzhihan is our wonderful property agent at Martin & Co Chelsea. Martin & Co is the only property agency we have used and I really can’t fault them. Unbelievable attention to detail, supportive, hard working and efficient. I never have to worry about our flat or tenants. Emine goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy and is excellent at keeping me up to date. Recently we had a leak and ceiling fell in, a mere 3 weeks later and you would never know it had happened - and that’s with delays due to availability of work men and materials.
