I had to contact the property management few times and the support that has been given is just the one you hope to receive: professional and efficient. Can’t recommend Martin & Co highly enough, on both the lettings and sales side. The lettings team found great tenants for us, looked after them brilliantly and dealt with any flat issues quickly and efficiently. They always kept us updated and worked with us to manage costs. Particular thanks to Rodica who managed the flat for several years and went above and beyond, and to Isabel and Victoria who have been great and proactive over the last year. The team not only looked after us but stepped in to sort issues out for the building benefiting other flats. We had a similarly positive experience with the sales team. Karen and Simon and other team members were always available and did everything possible to smooth the process out for us and help with issues which arose. Emine is our property manager and she was incredibly hard-working, patient and kind. She would go the extra mile, even sometimes working after hours to ensure that we were looked after and safe. Always on the phone and quick to respond, I couldn’t recommend the service we received from Martin & Co enough.
