The property is in a bad state as there is a lack of maintenance. We have moulds in the walls and ceilings (which is dangerous and not hygienic) and we have been waiting and waiting for a solution. Months already. Stuff in the toilet is broken and not fixed and/or replaced, cleaning is not something it is provided. The cleaner comes and stays for 10 minutes (counted by a chronometer). The carpets are not hoovered, and after years you can imagine how many beings might be living over and underneath. Nobody likes bed bugs right? Toilets are not cleaned and specially not disinfected. Floors are not even swept as after the cleaner leaves all the dirtiness keeps being there. Tenants are cleaning the common bathrooms and toilets themselves when the service is included to be able to keep a minimum of hygiene. The Washing machine is not working for a month and it is not fixed nor replaced. They send people to the property pretending to be technicians or engineers to do the repairs but these people are sent with no clue of what it needs to be done nor knowledge in the field. Clearly no technicians. Problems that should get resolved in a week, maximum, are left not fulfilled with the excuse the budget is being approved and gaining time to continue not doing their job. They keep saying they are addressing the issues but they are not. They keep tenants waiting for months with the problems unresolved. If you enquiry about any updates they seem to be bothered to respond as if paying a “good” amount of money per month would not be enough reason to live in a decent condition.

I am tenant of flat in 125 Narbonne Avenue and since 2 years ago I am trying to sort a humidity problem in the house. I have been trying the agency sorted but no action yet. One of this was because a lack of water comming from the bath of the bathroom upstairs my flat, another a cause of the laundry machine lack of water and because of that accident the carpet was totally wet and I suggested to do a proper clean and dry otherwise will be mold in the house. Seriously, this was really needed after that accident as I am professional in the matter as I sell carpet I insisted recommending a deoth professional cleaning but since 2018 there has been no answer to this request. Now, 2020 after 2 years later it happened the same accident and between this 2 years also anither small lacks several times. The last one was big one and get a evident fracture in the ceiling. Now almost 1 month later personal of the day Agency informs they have ordered "to repair" laundry machine but that is not going to sort the problem at all as in a few months will be the same and humidity won't stop growing in the building. That lack of interest to my request is not good a sign of maintenance of the property, either shiws to provide to the tenants a healthy place to live and which its worts it will cause a serious deterioration in the whole building and I could guess that Landlord does not have idea of what is happening in his house for this lack of attention and proper maintenance service.I

Total waste of time, most annoying conversation I've ever had with a letting agent...I spent half an hour on the phone so they can get my phone number and email right (not even sure they did finally), followed by a long series of questions only not to have any viewing confirmed at the end of this tedious conversation. Very annoyed!!!!!!!
