The property is in a bad state as there is a lack of maintenance. We have moulds in the walls and ceilings (which is dangerous and not hygienic) and we have been waiting and waiting for a solution. Months already. Stuff in the toilet is broken and not fixed and/or replaced, cleaning is not something it is provided. The cleaner comes and stays for 10 minutes (counted by a chronometer). The carpets are not hoovered, and after years you can imagine how many beings might be living over and underneath. Nobody likes bed bugs right? Toilets are not cleaned and specially not disinfected. Floors are not even swept as after the cleaner leaves all the dirtiness keeps being there. Tenants are cleaning the common bathrooms and toilets themselves when the service is included to be able to keep a minimum of hygiene. The Washing machine is not working for a month and it is not fixed nor replaced. They send people to the property pretending to be technicians or engineers to do the repairs but these people are sent with no clue of what it needs to be done nor knowledge in the field. Clearly no technicians. Problems that should get resolved in a week, maximum, are left not fulfilled with the excuse the budget is being approved and gaining time to continue not doing their job. They keep saying they are addressing the issues but they are not. They keep tenants waiting for months with the problems unresolved. If you enquiry about any updates they seem to be bothered to respond as if paying a “good” amount of money per month would not be enough reason to live in a decent condition.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
