Never underestimate the power of communication. If it wasn’t for Maddie the sale would have fallen apart as communication from the buyers and their Solicitor was Zero. Almost any agent can get you an offer, but can they get you through to sold!!! Add to the fact they achieved a great price, I couldn’t be happier. Jonathan and Maddie provide good old fashioned honest advice and truly care, you are not just a number at Loney Miller. You could do a lot worse than give them a go!!

I have just sold a property via Loney Miller. We had previously used Purple Bricks for several months with little to no interest. I then moved to Loney Miller and within a week had an acceptable offer. Throughout the sale process there were several issues which could have lost the sale however the Loney Miller team and especially Maddie ensured that we finally got over the line. I would say that if you do something well then you will be successful and this is certainly true of Loney Miller. My only regret in selling is that when I next move I will no longer be in their catchment!
