I worked with Loney Miller on the sale and purchase of my flat and house respectively. My opinion of estate agents in general was not high going into the process, but I have to say that the professionalism and support of all the team completely changed my perceptions. For various reasons both transactions ended up being incredibly complicated and stressful but I felt supported every step of the way and I interacted with almost every member of the team in one way or another. Particular note to Bryony who navigated every stage with poise and professionalism and Zak who was supportive and attentive throughout. I hope not to have to move for a long time but if and when I do LM are the only agent I would consider working with.
