Lovely people with a strong sales pitch. However, in my opinion, many of their suggestions and recommendations seem to be much more based on their own preferences and convenience than genuinely be in the best interest of their client. It leads to situations which makes life easier for LM but much more expensive for the landlord. Obviously, as we only have 1 managing agent for this particular flat at the moment, we can not compare to any agencies other but would suggest to look into agencies which might have a stronger management team as a potential alternative.
